As a Technical Support Agent, you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring and bold mission.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

• The Technical Support Agent is responsible for daily communication with India via the support ticketing system, as well as with the US side on a weekly basis

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintain the mapping support ticket workflow daily (assign tickets to India team for updating mapping of course with any specific or relevant instructions)
• Create and track customer support tickets
• Communicate ticket completion with customer
• Process and handle incoming mapping tickets as urgent and with extra attention
• Assist customers in troubleshooting complex software and hardware related technical issues
• Report software and hardware related issues to project managers
• Weekly call with US management for status updates and process flow feedback
• Stay familiarized with new product and features.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• English skills (written and verbal) medium (minimum) to advanced
• Must be able to learn mapping tools and general concepts of golf
• Must be able to do internet searches effectively for finding information on courses
• Must be able to use critical thinking skills to find solutions to some mapping issues (like when imagery isn't immediately available)
• Must be able to use Google Earth as secondary reference tool
• Must be organized and diligent about keeping Support Ticket system up to date and accurate
